Preparing your PRE or POST Purchase Package

• Please use the 10-Tab System to organize the documents in the purchase package so SBA can process your request for purchase in a timely manner.
• It is essential to check the SBA Loan Authorization to assure  that all necessary documents have been placed in the purchase package.
• Be sure documents have been completed and executed per the SBA loan authorization. Pay particular attention to the Note.
