The U.S. Small Business Administration Office of Advocacy (Advocacy) has received your November 15, 2010, formal notification regarding the Small Business Advocacy Review Panel (Panel) for the forthcoming regulatory proposal, “Formaldehyde Emissions from Pressed Wood Products.”
Advocacy concurs with the list of potential SERs that EPA has provided. I recommend the addition of Laurie Holmes of the American Wood Council. I may also recommend additional participants based on interest expressed at the Small Business Environmental Roundtable, scheduled for December 10.
